It seems most people today are feeling like the world’s a pretty stressful place. News stories keep the focus on negative things that make it difficult to feel relaxed.
We can’t avoid our realities – there are a lot of challenges and there is much work to be done to make the world a better, safer and less stressful place. And it’s essential to keep working on those things.
But we don’t have to keep the negativity and stress front and center in our minds 24/7.
To counter all that negativity with something positive I wrote a meditation called Meditation to Accentuate the Positive. Even with all the negative stuff that is going on, there is still a lot of positivity and cause for gratitude…
You just have to set the negative aside for a moment to look a little harder and you’ll find positive hiding in clear view…
So take a few moments to accentuate the positive and filter out the negative.
