As soon as you register you’ll get an email that contains a link to access your personal Menopause Breakthrough dashboard.
(Don’t worry that you aren’t “techy” enough… if you can send an email you can do this course!)
Once you log in you’ll see that the Orientation is available right away. Part of your work here is to quantify your current situation by taking the Menopause Breakthrough Assessment.
When you mark all the Orientation steps as complete Module 1 will be unlocked.
Every step of the way you must complete a module in order to unlock the next one. You’ll just love how easy I’ve made it to know exactly what you need to do to keep moving forward and checking off the boxes each week.
As part of the program you’ll be asked to set your Five High Pay-off Goals every week.

At the end of the 5 modules you’ll be asked to take the Menopause Breakthrough Assessment again — and you’ll be amazed at how much you’ve improved in a short amount of time!
