Schedule a Get Back In Balance Strategy Session!

Work one-on-one with Dr. Mache to get a personalized plan using his system and guidance to help you get through your most challenging symptoms. Visit to schedule a free Get Back In Balance strategy session and discover if this is for you.

Dr. Mache works with you via phone or Skype to establish your health goals, identify the challenges you’re facing, and discover opportunities you may be overlooking. Together you’ll create an action plan so you can finally get the results you’ve been looking for but were unable to find.

While Dr. Mache does offer one-time coaching that lasts 60-90 minutes, because perimenopause and menopause symptoms can last for years, results are best with 3 to 6 months blocks. This allows time to work through your most challenging issues and develop a personal strategy that works for you.

It’s important to note that this relationship is coaching and not a doctor-patient relationship. Dr. Mache does not prescribe medication such as hormones over the phone because he has not seen you personally as a patient and performed a complete exam and workup. His goal is to use his extensive knowledge and experience to provide you the information and education you need to bridge the gap between you and your local healthcare provider.

Please take a few moments to fill out the online application and questionnaire so we can get to know you better. If coaching seems like a good choice for you, we’ll recommend a FREE 15-minute strategy session where we can discuss the areas that need support and what your next steps would be.

Bring Dr. Mache’s wisdom and expertise to your company to improve the fiscal health of your business or the physical health of your employees through in person consulting and educational programs.

I read Dr. Seibel’s book, “The Estrogen Window” at the insistence of a Doctor I work with. I was in full menopause, and confused about what to do next. The book was straightforward and very educational, explaining how hormone replacement therapy can benefit women in my situation on many levels. The book explained in an easy to read format what the true facts are about the safety and risks of hormone replacement. My experience was enhanced by the opportunity to have a phone consult with Dr. Seibel. He reviewed my medications, and history, and was able to advise me on my whole system, not just one issue. I decided to begin hormone replacement therapy. Dr. Seibel told me what to look out for with follow up tests, (based on my complete list of medications) dosing, and how to use my new prescriptions most effectively. I was greatly comforted by Dr. Seibel’s responsiveness and guidance, since he’s a renowned expert in his field. I would highly recommend Dr. Seibel to any woman trying to gain more clarity on managing this confusing, but workable period of life.
