Halloween is one of the sweetest nights of the year—but sometimes it’s too sweet. In the U.S., we buy nearly 600 million pounds of candy each Halloween season. Many households spend around $30 to $33 on candy alone.
This year, instead of diving into a sugar rush of endless chocolate and gummies, let’s choose smart treats and real nourishment. Eating mindfully doesn’t mean skipping the fun—it means celebrating with intention, picking colorful fruits, crunchy veggies, or a handful of your favorite candy paired with something wholesome.
When you press play on “Healthy Halloween,” let it remind you that you can enjoy the spirit of the holiday—costumes, community, candy —and still feel good about what’s going into your body. Treat yourself to the music and the moment. Enjoy this song I wrote and sing called Healthy Halloween.
