I read Dr. Seibel’s book, “The Estrogen Window” at the insistence of a Doctor I work with. I was in full menopause, and confused about what to do next. The book was straightforward and very educational, explaining how hormone replacement therapy can benefit women in my situation on many levels. The book explained in an easy to read format what the true facts are about the safety and risks of hormone replacement. My experience was enhanced by the opportunity to have a phone consult with Dr. Seibel. He reviewed my medications, and history, and was able to advise me on my whole system, not just one issue. I decided to begin hormone replacement therapy. Dr. Seibel told me what to look out for with follow up tests, (based on my complete list of medications) dosing, and how to use my new prescriptions most effectively.
